Graduated from Huddersfield with a 2:1 in History and am now proofreading on a freelance basis to bring in a bit of pin money pay off a bit of my overdraft while I recover from ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) at my parents' house in Cheadle, Staffordshire. My parents bought me a Wii and I bought me a Wii Fit, with which I am building my strength back slowly. I've rediscovered crochet and cycling and those are my two main hobbies. I don't think of music as a hobby - it's been with me too long. I sing all the time; I also play viola with the North Staffordshire Symphony Orchestra and a local chamber orchestra, and I play in quartets when I get the chance. I'm going to Prague, when I can afford it and am able, to learn how to teach English as a foreign language. The proofreading and the English language teaching are as a result of two things: first, my realisation that the English language is one of my greatest strengths and, second, my desire to travel and see as many new places as I possibly can. I'd rather not do it all alone so if you're not a psychopath and might be interested in travel companionship drop me a line.
